Are you in for Campus Radio's change of format from a motley assortment of pop, OPM, alternative rock, hard metal rock songs to uber-pop band arrangements? You might be surprised if one day you tuned in to LS and wonder why the station plays nothing but corny OPM and novelty songs gratefully performed by the Sexbomb Dancers, that stupid Crazy Frog, among other infuriating songs. I absolutely have no idea about this thing about LS.

I tuned in yesterday, first thing in the morning, nung pagsakay ko sa service ride. My God - i even asked the driver if it's 97.1
And yeS!
May jokes pa! Nakakaasar (point of view)!! Tapos ang tugtog kahapon - Crazy Frog... tapos Barangay LS Forever pa!
Where's Campus Radio now?
Tsaka.. ano nangyari? :( :( :(

97.1 Campus Radio sucks. I like 97.1 Barangay LS better than 97.1 Campus Radio. 97.1 Barangay LS is like 90.7 Love Radio, Alam Mo Na Yan 101.9 For Life!, Yes FM 101.1, I-FM 93.9 and 102.7 Star FM with on-air personalities speaking only in Tagalog (especially the timechecks), and playing bubblegum pop, OPM and other mass-based music forms and music popularized by GMA's stable of recording artists, a 100% turnaround from the former Campus Radio format that played Top 40/adult contemporary hit music, English-only on-air jocks, and its listener base composed mostly of college students and young urban professionals.
Research about 97.1 Barangay LS on Wikipedia and learn more about it. If you have comments about the comment I made, email your comments to:
